What the planner stores

The planner runs in your browser. Your city, dates, chosen hotel, flight times and concierge-request draft are saved only in your browser's local storage so they are there when you come back. They are not sent to us unless you press a button that sends them (WhatsApp, email or the booking form).

What we receive

• Concierge requests you send by WhatsApp, email or the form: your name, contact details, travel dates, party size and anything you write. We use them to quote and arrange the trip and keep them for [7] years for tax and dispute purposes.
• Reports you copy and send us about a listing.
• Analytics: [if enabled] privacy-friendly, cookie-free page counts (Cloudflare Web Analytics / Plausible) that do not identify you.

Third parties

When you follow a link to Booking.com, Google Flights, Skyscanner, Welcome Pickups, GetYourGuide, an insurer or a restaurant, their privacy policies apply and they may set cookies that attribute a booking to us. WhatsApp and your email provider process the messages you send through them.

Sharing

We share your details with the suppliers needed to arrange what you asked for (the hotel, driver, caterer, airline) and with our payment processor [Stripe]. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Write to hello@onegtravel.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. EU/UK residents have the rights in the GDPR; California residents have the rights in the CCPA. Clearing your browser's site data removes everything the planner stored locally.

Children

The service is for adults planning travel; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
